July 3rd 2016 our little Ellie turned 11 months old!
It was a great month full of Summer fun.
We celebrated Olivia's fourth birthday with a fun "Dory" birthday party complete with jumper, cake, and party hats.
The day after was Ellie's first Fourth of July.
We went to the La Verne town parade, took a nap, and then went to a barbque at a neighbors house.
We saw some fireworks from our house but not many. We did, however, hear them go off all night.
July also included lots of splashing around in pools both big and little. Ellie loves the water, especially swimming with Kona.
Ellie loves playing with Kona. She cracks up at everything Kona does and loves to just lay her head down on Kona's side.
Her favorite game is when you ask her "Where's Kona?" she points to her.
We have been spending a lot of time outside and Ellie loves the grass and to pick-up leaves and just hold them in her hands. Half of the time that she is in her wading pool she is hanging over the side of it pulling grass and getting leaves.
Ellie has also been eating lots of different and new foods. She especially loves fruits, her favorites are blueberries, cantaloupe, and watermelon.
In July we also went to the Orange County Fair, a first for all of us. We are already planning to go back next year.
Another great month made even more fun by spending so much time outdoors.
