This Should Keep Me Busy

As I was watching the Academy Wards the other night I watched the montage they showed of all 79 Best Picture winners and realized that I haven't seen very many of the winners. Now there are 80 of them and I am going to try to watch all of the ones that I haven't seen or at least the ones I can get on Netflix. The ones with stars next to them are the movies that I have already seen. As you can see I have my work cut out for me.

Just to prepare you, Godfather is waaaaaay better than G-II. G-III is also better than II.

Ones I have seen (that you haven't seen) and that I LOVE! You must see them!:

West Side Story! so good!
My Fair Lady! love Audrey Hepburn and the songs!
Gandhi! you will love Gandhi after you see this, also you will probably love Ben Kingsley
Shakespeare in Love-actually I didn't "love" this but it has its good parts. love Judi Dench
A Beautiful Mind-this one makes me cry.
Million-Dollar Baby-I only saw it once but I totally cried and loved it. If you know the ending (which I didn't and was totally surprised about) then it might not be as good.

Ones I saw and was lukewarm about:
Rebecca (I should watch this again, it was a long time ago and I fell asleep)
Oliver

Good luck! I like this idea, maybe I will borrow it.

Cool! I am excited to see West Side Story and Gandhi.

I can't believe that I haven't seen a lot of them. I certainly watch enough bad movies that it will be nice too see all of these.
