Disclaimer- I am a loser (That's what she said).
No matter how many times I watch the episodes of this show I still laugh.
I watched Season 1 and 2 sporadically and got Season 1 on DVD for Christmas. Then, when I went to visit Eliza and Matt a couple of months ago I realized that there were so many episodes of Season 2 that I hadn't seen. I had a great time watching them with Eliza and Matt so when I came home Rodger and I decided that we needed to own Season 2 as well.
The characters on the show are so great, I really can't pick a favorite. Although, if I had to it would probably be Dwight.
The following are my favorite episodes, although I feel like I can't be limited to it because I really love them all.
"Diversity Day" Season 1- "You notice I didn't include arabs. I thought too soon. I don't know, maybe next year. The ball is in their court."
"Sexual Harassment" Season 2- "Consider this my retirement from comedy". I loved at the end when Pam's mom is there and Michael walks out with the blow up doll.
"The Fire" Season 2- "Maybe Ryan's jealous that you are a volunteer sheriff. Oh, Pam he doesn't even know about that."
"The Client" Season 2- "Awesome Blossom, extra awesome."
"Email Surveillance" Season 2- "It's safe to safe that the I.T. guy and I did not get off to a great start."
"The Injury" Season 2- Probably my favorite episode. .
"Boys and Girls" Season 2- "Managing the warehouse is a very important part of my job and I haven't been there in months."
"Casino Night" Season 2- Loved the ending and of course Michael's 2 dates.
"Gay Witch Hunt" Season 3- "I don't care if you are gay, straight, or overweight, everyone in the conference room."
"Christmas at Benihanas" Season 3- "We're going to Asian Hooters."
"Cocktails"Season 3- "I couldn't Jan, there was no room to cuddle."
"Beach Games" Season 3- "Jim isn't taking this seriously and Stanley's having a stroke."
"The Job" Season 3 Finale- Mainly for the ending.
Can't wait for Season 3 to come out on DVD and Season 4 to start.
After reading this I decided that Rodger will probably be the only one that finds this entertaining. But if you like the show feel free to comment with your favorite episode.

My favorite is "The Dundies." I love how Pam gets all drunk and falls off the chair.
I also loved "The Beach." "Who's Bob Hope?" "A comedian." "Like Amanda Bynes?" LOVE!

Managing the warehouse is a very important part of my job. I have been there for months.
Oh, I also loved the Amanda Bynes line. Matt was like "Amanda who?"
My favorite episodes, not for humor but for sweetness, are the one where they have the bird funeral and Pam "gets it" about why Michael was so obsessed with the boss and the bird dying; and also the one where they watch Michael as a kid on the TV show where he said he'd have a hundred kids so that he could have a hundred friends. I like when they make Michael seem like a real person with real problems.
(Except for maybe the "problems" with Jan; those are a tiny bit too weird to me!)
I just saw the whole episode with bird funeral. Pam was really sweet to him.
I also like the one where Michael goes to Pam's art show and then hangs her "piece" up in the office.
ASIAN HOOTERS! Classic!
I love this show also.
